All of the Simple Sweetcakes handbags, clothing and housewares are designed and created one-by-one in beautiful Chester County, PA and NE Pennsylvania studios. You are guaranteed that each bag is crafted with lots of TLC and attention to quality and detail and made with the highest quality materials. You can custom create your perfect bag with the various materials, trims, handles, sizes and styles Simple Sweetcakes has to offer. With a custom Simple Sweetcake product, you decide all materials so you can be assured that your product is truly original.
In addition to the use of high end, high quality and durable fabrics and materials, each Simple Sweetcake bag also includes:
- a ribbon, magnetic or zippered closure
- reinforced stitching at each seam, tension spot and pockets
- Embellishments such as appliques, beads, ric-rac, ribbon, etc. are securely sewn down
- All bow ends are heat sealed to ensure no fraying occurs
- Truly functional pockets (cell phone, camera, pens and utility) -number depending on the size
- a unique interfacing that helps each bag stand up and keep its shape yet retain a sumptuosly soft feel
- a protective Scotchgard coating
Your delicicious bag will ship within 3-4 weeks. Often I am creating your bag upon order. However, if you need your bag for a special occasion, please let me know and I will do everything I can to accommodate your schedule.
Care for your Simple Sweetcakes Bag
These bags are created to be strong and durable. A steam iron on medium - low heat will help re-shape your bag after continued hard use. Please make sure to cover your bag with a thin, clean cloth before you iron it to protect the fabric and the trims.
Once every three to four months, spot clean your bag and apply a fresh coat of Scotchgard. Most bags shoul NOT be placed in the washing machine. Only the children's bag, some tote and wallets can be laundered. You will receive detailed care instructions with each bag.
Guarantee
All of Simple Sweetcakes bags have a guarantee for 6 months from the purchase date of the bag for any repair needed beyond normal wear and tear.
Our Return/Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our main priority! We would like you to be happy with your purchase but if you need to return or exchange an item/items please email us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will give you instructions on how to return the package.
Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ship the package back. The item must be in its original condition including tags. A refund will be credited back to your account. NO refunds will be issued for custom work.
Exchanges
Shipping charges are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ship the package back to us. The item must be in its original condition including tags. Shipping for the exchanged item is also the customer's responsibility including any amount due.
